Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These terms apply to bookings made directly via the website www.caleta-de-fuste.es for the holiday apartment Casa Palma de Las Lomas, Calle Pablo Picasso 2, Apartment 96, 35610 Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura, Spain.

2. Contracting Party
The rental contract is concluded with:

3. Booking & Confirmation
The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the reservation request and written confirmation by the provider. A contract is concluded upon confirmation.

4. Payment
Payment can be made via Stripe, Paypal or bank transfer. A deposit or full payment may be required – this will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

5. Cancellation
The cancellation policy shown during the booking process applies. Charges may apply for late cancellations.

6. No Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer law, there is no right of withdrawal for short-term holiday rentals, as they fall under leisure services for a specific period.

7. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM, Check-out: until 10:00 AM. Variations only with prior written agreement.

8. Guest Obligations
Guests must treat the accommodation with care, follow the house rules, and avoid noise and damage. Parties are not allowed.

9. Liability
The host is not liable for the loss or damage of guests' personal belongings.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Jurisdiction is Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura.
